Wrong at giving charge 

This is happen after I bring the corn to the home after drying in the sun. There is beautiful seller girl buying chicken in my shop. She want to buy meat but suddenly she changed into buying head meat instead. I counted the price, it is just Rp12.000. She give me money Rp100.000, so basically I must bring the charge Rp88.000. Yeah, I am pretty tired, and remembered that the price is Rp18.000, so I give the charge Rp82000. This is pretty embarrassing moment. Yeah, after that I apologize to the customer. Somehow I fell silenced after that.

I am also got wrong again for selling chicken for my neighbour. The customer want to divide it some with chest meat and some don’t. So, I am just put the chest meat in some plastic bag. I am confuse with what she say, so yeah I am just put in plastic bag. Well, I don’t know what she means. Basically from the look, it can’t be distinguished, but for me, I can distinguish it by using weight measure tool. Yeah, so what must I did was put the bag with chest meat on black plastic bag. Yeah, I don’t know what she mean at that moment, so I am just freezing like didn’t know anything. Haha, well if customer want to distinguish it, I must put on bag with another colour. This make new experience for me on the future.

Trying to kill Chicken 

I am just practicing how to kill chicken by myself at youtube, but somehow I can’t cut the trachea of the chicken. I also almost forgot to speak the pray. The pray in islamic religion is pretty simple. Here is the praying

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, Allahuakbar 3x, Allahuma hadzihi minka wa ilaika, Taqabbal minni ya karim.

The new technique that I got was just pick the feather near the place for the cut. After ensuring that the part is clean from feather, slice the part with full of strong. The professional like my father even can assure that it is death without blood came out. Beginner like me didn’t know it is death or not, so just ensuring that the blood came out was the evidence for me.

Yeah, you must speak those word every you kill the chicken. I am still practicing, so I hope I become get better after then.
