Participating in the Village Event 

My neighbor is holding event named “supitan” for his grandson named “Tyan”. So, my duty as a neighbor is making simple food from coconut named “jenang”. I am just seeing how to make a stove from the banana stem, yeah that is pretty hard experience especially when you try to plant the bamboo on hard floor. Almost 10 minute passed, yeah suddenly my eyes become stings. The temperature around suddenly become very hot. I am just fell like I want to leave from this place. Yeah, after that I leave from that place and seeing some of the people put some cover in the ceiling.

Day by day passed, yeah the basic principal for holding event like serving drink, opening coconut cover, adjusting the wooden table, and so like is by held. You know right what I am doing, I am just seeing it haha. How useless I am, basically if the person is asking, I am just say “I am serving some of the customer in the home”. Well the people also said Mr Rio as the head of BPN in the semarang city.

Daily Life as Chicken Seller 

Well, there is some basic activity that must be done daily as chicken seller, here is the activity :

1. Make the knife is sharp, this is the most important case for chicken seller. If the knife isn’t sharp, every customer will be complain for hard when meat is cut.
2. Cleaning the floor, yeah because the place for chicken cut was make the water flowing, so the floor must be can be down. Don’t forget brushing the floor with floor brush. If the floor is slippery, it will be dangerous for some customer when come.
3. Make something on the fridge is look a like new. Some customer also complaining that they didn’t want the ice version of meat, heart, head, leg, and so on. So, just put the ice on the water flowing, and the chicken leftover on the fridge will become new again. It will took sometime, but you will know that it will become good.
4. Throw away the feather daily, the waste from chicken is feather. If the feather is don’t throw away it will inviting the fly to come. So, don’t forget to throw away the feather.
5. Clear the blood path or basically throw away the blood. This is also the left over of chicken kill process. So, if the blood don’t get cleared, it will stink. Throw away the blood daily will make the life easier.
6. Clear the water from the chicken in the weight scales. The weight scales is always being seen by customer. Don’t forget to clean it, so that customer also happy when you buy the chicken.
