Sudeti and Blethethi

Well, yesterday, I got fail when he trying to letting the feather of chicken. There is two reason I fail, that is :

  1. The chicken is small, and differ from two chicken that pretty big. I took care it as if big chicken, so the wing is pretty broken
  2. While I was trying to heat the water, I got the boiling pot closed. So, it will be really hard to estimate when the water got boiled.

Even though look a like that, yeah I am still changing the wing. I am also left out the dirt in the intestine. In the javanese it called “sudeti” or “bletheti”. Yeah, somehow I can doing that pretty fast even though in the middle, the knife got left for the stick.

The next day my mother suddenly washed my clothes. So, I didn’t have clothes left for working. I am suddenly sick, and I got sleepy all day. I wasn’t strong enough pretty back then, I was just got influenza, and I didn’t where it come from.

Experience from boiling dead chicken

I got three experience from boiling the dead chicken. That is explained below :

  1. When you turn on the gas stove, round it to the max, until some heat air appear from the water. It will be useful, when some of the customer is waiting for faster, cause yeah some of the customer isn’t patient. Don’t forget close the boiling pot, it also make it faster when boiling the water. Don’t forget check every around 45 second to see the air around. If you don’t check, the heat will be more big.
  2. Reduce the water heat, when the heat of water is enough. Basically it is the way to keep the heat. Make the the room temperature and the gas stove temperature is balance.
  3. Prepare the wood stick before you put chicken in the gas stove. The heat of gas stove is very big, so use stick to turn around the chicken. If you put chicken first, and then forget where is the stick, sometime the part of the chicken will be burned, so be careful and keep the stick around you.
