Wrong at count for chicken seller 

This happen 3 times, I almost forgot to count that buyer also bought wing or meat around half kilogram. The problem is I am just count the meat and the leg that half kilogram. I am just predicted that the loss around Rp16000. Well, yeah that is pretty much big loss. The second time I am also lost at counting meat 3kg that loss around Rp30000. Well yeah I know that time, I am pretty tired for all. I don’t know what to do then. I also lost counting for chest meat that supposed to be around 2 kg but just counted as 1 kg. Well yeah that is pretty much worst case though.

Wrong at boiling water 

That time I am just focused on killing chicken that almost make me forgot that I also boiling water. The result the chicken pretty much when peeling the feather was broken. The wing looks pretty bad. Yeah, you know after that I must divide the wing and distribute the part to the 1 kilogram of mixed meat. That is pretty lame situation, so I must remember that when to put the chicken, I must consider wether the water is hot or not. This is the most basic part of the poultry when I forgot.

Forget for making tea 

Beside killing chicken, I also must boiling tea water for mas khotib. Today, I forget about that. Yeah, when I finished working on chicken. I also try to pell feather of rooster chicken that used for ingkung. I am just tried to make the tea and packing it with roma sandwich peanut. One of my favorite biscuit right now. When I just see the fuel in the motor, it seem that it is empty. So, I am just pretty tired for that, and yeah K am just sleeping for now.
